Lost, 2005, oil and broken mirror pieces on canvas (76 x 51cm) SOLD

Artist comment: Lost represents those moments when we feel withdrawn and as if we don’t belong, when we need to escape from the mundane of life to spread our wings and be free from restrictions. The black colour creates a sense of emptiness, the streaks of white and yellow bring light, whilst the broken mirror pieces symbolise reflection and the ability to look back at life.
